A standard sale has no selling commission. Listing is free, and so are offers and negotiation. Optional Light, Premium or Top highlighting is charged only after a successful sale.

The operator is not a VAT payer. All amounts stated are exclusive of VAT; the operator does not charge VAT.
This Price List forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of Recordio (Article 2.4). The mechanics of fees, the creation of fee obligations, invoicing and other rules are governed by Chapter 20 of the Terms of Service. This document sets out the specific current values of the fees.
In the event of any conflict between this Price List and the Terms of Service, the hierarchy set out in Article 2.4 of the Terms of Service shall apply.
Standard use of the Recordio platform is free of charge. Specifically:

For a standard Offer (without selected promotion), no platform fee arises after a successful sale.
The only current paid service of the platform is optional Offer promotion. When listing an Offer or at any later time, the Seller may choose one of the following tiers:

completed under Article 16.1 of the Terms of Service).The decisive factor is the promotion tier selected at the moment the purchase contract is concluded (Buy Now or acceptance of a Price Offer), not the highest promotion tier used during the period in which the Offer was published. The specific rate is locked under Article 20.6 of the Terms of Service.

The Proof of Possession procedure (proof of possession of goods, DoP) under Chapter 27 of the Terms of Service applies where the following conditions are met simultaneously:

The time limit for the Seller to provide Proof of Possession is 7 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract. If this time limit expires without Proof of Possession being provided, the operator will notify both parties; after a further 3 days without proof being provided, the operator may cancel the Transaction (Article 27.6 of the Terms of Service).

An invoice is issued only for a promotion fee that has actually arisen (Article 20.3 of the Terms of Service). No invoice is issued to the Buyer for a Transaction or negotiation.
Amounts in this Price List are stated in euro (EUR).
For a specific Transaction, the currency selected by the Buyer or Seller within the currencies supported by the platform shall apply (Article 13 of the Terms of Service).
Figures in this Price List are illustrative in euro; for a specific invoice, the amount in the Transaction currency shall apply.
As at the effective date of this Price List, the operator is not a VAT payer and fees are charged exclusive of VAT. If the operator’s tax regime changes or if legal regulations require VAT to be charged, VAT will be charged in accordance with applicable legal regulations and this Price List will be amended accordingly.
The operator is entitled to amend this Price List unilaterally, in particular in response to changes in legal regulations, changes in the scope or method of provision of the service and market conditions. The operator will inform users of material changes to the Price List by e-mail and by notice in the platform interface at least 30 days before the changes take effect (Article 31 of the Terms of Service).
For completed Transactions and active Offers, the rules under Article 20.6 of the Terms of Service apply:
